Local Wawas Give Back to CSH!

Every May, Children’s Specialized Hospital is lucky to partner with over 90 local Wawa stores for their annual fundraising campaign with CMN Hospitals. These 90 stores fundraise over $130,000 every year, giving our patients the services they need to thrive, and live a fulfilling life.  Giving is in Wawa’s nature. In fact, “Fulfilling lives every day” is Wawa’s core purpose! However, what makes our hospital even luckier, is when our local Wawa’s come in to volunteer.

On Wednesday, September 5th, Area Manager William Ott and a handful of his colleagues, decorated CSH’s “Wall of Windows”. When volunteers decorate the boxes, it automatically adds to the fun atmosphere we strive for at CSH.  Volunteer groups are able to choose their theme, and have fun with it! Not only do the shadow boxes bring smiles to our kids, they also serves as a great team-bonding experience for our volunteers.
