Wawa’s Heartwarming Holiday Support

Wawa continued their invaluable support for children and families at Orlando Health by serving as Presenting Sponsor of this year’s Holiday Party at The Howard Phillips Center for Children and Families, part of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.

On December 1, 2023, Wawa associate volunteers joined local families from The Howard Phillips Center to celebrate the holidays, bringing with them sweet treats, giveaways and the Wawa Community Care Vehicle which offered hot chocolate and coffee to attendees. The party was also energized by associate volunteers and the delightful presence of Wawa’s mascot Wally Goose who brought joy and fun to the children and families in attendance.

For more than 10 years, Wawa and The Wawa Foundation have been steadfast philanthropic partners of Orlando Health and supporters of the missions of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies.

Through generous grants, event sponsorships, in-store campaigns through our Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals partnership and in-kind donations, Wawa and The Wawa Foundation have raised nearly $1.5 million for our organization and continues to showcase their longstanding dedication to our hospital and its initiatives.
